Admission Procedure

Clever Minds Global School welcomes applications for classes KG I, KG II, KG III, and Grades 1 to 8 for the academic year 2026–2027, subject to seat availability and eligibility criteria. We invite parents to become part of our vibrant and inclusive learning community that focuses on academic excellence, creativity, and holistic child development.

Application Process:

Parents interested in applying for admission may collect the school brochure and application form by paying a non-refundable fee of ₹1000/-. The payment can be made in cash, UPI or through a demand draft drawn in favor of Sri Saraswati Educational Society, payable at Hyderabad. Once completed, the admission form must be submitted to the School Office on or before the notified date, along with the required supporting documents.

Documents Requires:

Applicants are requested to submit the following along with the completed form

• Certified copy of the previous academic year’s school report (if applicable)
• Three passport-size and two stamp-size photographs of the child
• One photograph of each parent
• Certified copy of the child’s birth certificate
• Certified copies of public/board exam results, if applicable
• Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the previous school
• Original documents for verification when required

Note: Submission of the application form does not guarantee admission. Admission will be confirmed based on eligibility, interaction, and seat availability.

Age Criteria for Admission:

Children must meet the stipulated age requirements for admission to Clever Minds Global School, Hyderabad as of Mar 31st of the academic year. The age limits for each grade are specified in the table. The School Admission Committee may exercise discretion in relaxing the age limit based on past academic achievements and performance in our testing procedures, provided the student has graduated from a recognized school.

Confirmation of Admission | Clever Minds Global School, Hyderabad:

Once your child’s admission has been provisionally accepted, parents are required to confirm the admission by paying the prescribed school fees within the stipulated time. To complete the admission process, the following documents must be submitted to the School Office:

• Certified copy of the Caste Certificate (if applicable– for students belonging to SC / ST / BC categories)
• hree passport-size and two stamp-size photographs of the student
• One passport-size photograph of each parent
• Transfer Certificate / Record Sheet from the school last attended (if applicable)
• Two passport-size photographs of the attendants authorized to receive or visit the student

Note: If the Transfer Certificate is not available at the time of admission, it must be submitted before the commencement of the academic session.

Fee Structure

The fee structure at Clever Minds Global School is designed to ensure transparency and fairness. Detailed information about tuition fees, activity fees, and other applicable charges will be shared with parents during the admission process.

Mode of Payment

Fees can be paid in cash or through a demand draft drawn in favor of Clever Minds Global School, payable at Hyderabad. All payments must be made within the due dates mentioned by the school administration.

Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of admission to cover any potential damage or loss to library books, laboratory equipment, computer facilities, or other school property. This deposit will be refunded (without interest) upon the student’s completion of studies at Clever Minds Global School, after adjusting any outstanding dues.
